Both awesome films. My favourite is the first one. Basically, it starts out as a woman and her friends have been killed at a wedding by the Deadly Viper Assination Squad and Bill. All of the people at the wedding die, except the bride, as the woman becomes to be known as. (You don't find out her real name until Vol.2) Anyway, the bride decides to exact her revange on the Deadly Viper Assination Squad. (She was already a great martial artist/samurai) Basically, the film takes off from the there. The fight scene in the House Of Blue Leaves in Vol.1 was amazing.
Okay, some of that might make little sense, but I couldn't reveal too much without spoiling parts.

The fight between Bill and the chick was disappointing. I don't care if the guy was old, I expected the best swordfight ever seen on tv.

Same. I was kinda peeved by the ending. You expected Bill to be an amazing fighter. He was, but they didn't drag the fight out for long enough.

I thought the fight scenes were just like an anime, but with real people. The amount of blood that squirted everywhere was definately like an anime. It wasn't really gore though, just bloody violence.

It wasn't really gore though, just bloody violence. Apparently the whole idea was to make it appear anime-ish. I haven't seen either of the films, though, so I wouldn't know.

I didn't know that, but hell, they did a good job at making it like an anime.

My brother's seen the first one and said that when an arm got chopped off, you could see a tube poking out that just squirted the blood out everywhere to make it really exaggerated.

What? I didn't see a tube squirting out blood. That'd be a very silly error to make in a film.

No, apparently it was purposeful. I dunno. My brother could have been exaggerating himself.

I love the Kill Bill movies. Blood, violence, swords and hot chicks. How can you go wrong there? I love Go-Go. It's sad she died the way she did. But if some 16 year old chick could wield weapons like her, I'd watch my mouth. Lol. I don't know. I guess how Bill died was kind of whack. I mean, the way was funny, but how short it was might've been a bit disappointing. But the way his body crumbles when he dies is hilarious.
