Peter would have been fine first series if they hadn't given him that stupid hair. Well done to Sylar for cutting it off. He needs to spend more time with his shirt off.
Only the second episode and you only want them together already? I want them together too but I don't think it's the most important one right now. Caitlin and Peter need to get it together.
The reason it makes me dislike Clare is mainly because she was sitting there, looking slightly curious and at that point I just noticed how many things were wrong with that idea. Besides, what if Mr. Muggles eats it?
West is more squee than Peter I think right now. He's around the same age as us and can fly and is interested in genetics, he's like the ultimate character.
I'm guessing this is Micah's other grandmother?

Peter was pretty hot in that episode where Nathan is giving that speech and Peter tells Simone that he loves her, but then he gets upset by what Nathan says. It's the suit that does it, lol, although his hair wasn't as silly as usual then, either. Still, not as bad as Peter Parker's emo hair.
I wanted Clare and West together already whilst watching the first one xD. She deserves someone good, and he seems right. He's certainly no Brody Mitchum, anyway. If Mr. Muggles ate the toe, then that would at least remove the evidence that you were so worried The Company would find!
Yep, Micah's cousin and grandmother in New Orleans must be DL's family.

But Nikki already went to DL's mother and she was living somewhere else. Why did she move to New Orleans if she knew what had happened? I give up, there are a couple of things that they mixed up already so I don't care.
She deserves someone good but I hope she finds out about him next episode so that things aren't too weird. Nothing weirder than a guy figuring out your ability by watching you cut off your own toe though!
Peter looks good in a suit. Peter Parker's hair was so funny, I laughed at it so much when I first saw it. He can't dance though.

Good point. Well, here is all the basic episode information I have found. Maybe 'Nana' is just a name given to the character, despite the fact she's not Micah's actual grandmother. This tells us a little about the new characters with powers. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! West and Clare finally kiss in episode three! Ooh, and we discover something about West's past, related to his power. If you want to know what, then I'll show you the clip that I watched, from the episode. Or you can just wait until tuesday, to watch the whole episode.

I'm gonna wait, it's so much more fun to watch with as few spoilers as possible. Hooray for Clare and West! Especially West!
That last description was a little confusing. Here's hoping that Kensei comes back with him as well. That would be so funny to see.

Yeah, that was pretty vague about Ando and Hiro, wasn't it? But they'll get more details as it gets closer to that date. It is still a few weeks away.
But I can't wait for next episode! Yaay.

Just saw Kindred. Another great episode.
*SPOILERS* (entry copied from blog)
We finally see Sylar again. My guess was right, that he was being held within an illusion, by Candace. However, Sylar doesn't seem able to use any of his powers. Why is that? Perhaps it is because of the sword wound, and the fact that that is not fully healed.
Ando is back in the office, but the "happy discovery" mentioned in this episode's write-up turned out to be a method Hiro is using to communicate to Ando. Hiro writes up letters on scrolls, and puts those in the hilt of the sword. That was neat.
But back in the 17th century, Hiro is still helping Kenzei become the hero of legend. Hiro has fallen in love with the swordsmith's daughter, which is sad, because Hiro knows that "history has already written that story". It was also interesting to note that, at the end of the episode, Hiro couldn't return to his own time.
Now I've got a really far-fetched theory about why Hiro is stuck in that time, so have fun picking this apart. Hiro was sent back when Sylar threw him backwards in How to Stop an Exploding Man. Perhaps Hiro won't be able to return to the present until Sylar recovers, and regains use of his powers.
Peter helped out the thugs in their heist. Clearly, Peter doesn't remember his identity. But he is slowly remembering his powers. Oh, and I could hear the collective groan among the Heroes fanbase when Peter chose not to open the box.
Sylar killed Candace, but did he take her power? I don't yet know. It seems he did, but he couldn't use it. Maybe the Company infected Sylar with some of the virus, to inhibit his powers?
Mohinder is now based in NYC (which is good for the Maya/Alejandro story). He knows he's being watched by the Company (which I expected), but he finally found another of the eight paintings. This one shows Noah, dead on the ground, his glasses shattered.
Oh, and then there's the bit from West, that he was "bagged and tagged" by Noah at one point.

I don't yet know. It seems he did, but he couldn't use it. Maybe the Company infected Sylar with some of the virus, to inhibit his powers? First, I think it's something far simpler than just Sylar throwing him. When he ends up falling in love with someone he can't seem to be with he gets sad and can't use his powers. I call this 'Spider-Man 2 syndrome', although I'm sure the internet has a far better name for it. Collective groan? Collective yelling at whichever screen we're watching it on is more like it. Makes me feel sorry for Nathan and Angelia though, he's still alive and his fear is stopping them from continuing their lives. It seems likely that he has the virus but why would the company purposely give it to him? It seems a little far-fetched if they're trying to control him but don't have a proper cure for it. It would have killed the Haitian and Molly, why bother giving something that will kill them to someone you can use? They need a better method of control but I'm more interested in why they kept Sylar in the first place. It's far too difficult to control him and Bob said that they kill the dangerous ones. Here's hoping someone else at the company has horn-rimmed glasses. Sort of spoils the point of him having them in the first place but at least he wouldn't be the one who got West. More of Peter in no shirt please Heroes creators.

Heroes

I really liked this episode, and I was bored, so here are all my thoughts and theories: *SPOILER BELOW* (Copied from blog entry)
Well, I finally managed to get hold of episode three of Heroes. I watched a rather poor quality version of it on Veoh TV. I really liked this episode. It was better than the first two of the season, I felt. My only quibble was that in the jail cell, Alejandro told the American guy that he doesn't speak English, and yet when Maya had broken him out and the American shouted that he had a car, they understood what he meant pretty snappish. Oh well, maybe I misinterpreted what he meant.
Reasons for liking the episode: [/li][li] Clare and West = yaaaaay!! I'm sorry, but how romantic was that kiss? West really has a cute laugh. Finally a good-looking and lovely guy in Heroes. There were zero of those in season 1 (now Peter has no silly hair, there are two). What West did to Clare in their science class was pretty mean, but it was quite funny too, and in a strange way, sweet; he obv. was crushing on her big time. I just find it hilarious that she tried to pass cutting her little toe off as a rather botched pedicure attempt. I love the whole beach scene, although as soon as he mentioned a guy looking at him like he was some animal, I knew it would be HRG. Like Kat said, that means Clare can't bring him home soon, although HRG no doubt already has figured out the clue that Clare may have found someone, seeing as the painting of him (see below) showed her kissing someone (that was her, right?). Oh, and I thought it was nice to see Clare cry. I don't mean to sound sadistic, but I thought it was nice to show how having to hide her true self is really affecting her emotionally. Okay, so the flying was slightly daft, but that kind of thing is mandatory. I just don't like how effortlessly West was carrying Clare through the air. Just because he can fly, it doesn't mean he has super-strength, although I suppose it's possible that as part of his power, he can affect the things he lifts/carries as well, so that they too can hover. Whatever. It's just a technicality. [/li][li] More Peter topless! (self-explanatory) Kat and I were hoping there'd be more of this, and there was, so all's good. [/li][li] Thus far, Maya and Alejandro have seemed like fairly useless and uninteresting characters, but seeing Maya use her initiative and figure out a way of rescuing her brother was good. It shows she's more than just some blood-crying, on the run gal. I really want to find out more about this homicide she and her brother are wanted for, though. [/li][li] Return of Niki and Micah! I love Niki, so finally seeing her again was good, even though she only appeared in the episode a couple of times. I didn't notice her triangle mouth this episode, although that may just be because the quality of the video was so poor. [/li][li] It was a new episode of Heroes. Sorry, but that's just a good thing in itself. New material is always good. [/li][li] Kensai's line: "How angry are they?" That cracked me up.
Reasons for being annoyed or upset about the episode: [/li][li] HRG will quite possibly die soon/eventually. We can always hope that his death won't occur, but of course, everything that has been painted by Isaac has always come true, so he probably will die. Considering he's one of my favourite characters (c'mon, who doesn't love that smile of his?), I'm really upset by this. Besides, I'm not having a lot of luck at the moment, when it comes to keeping favourite characters alive. All three of my favourites from Angel have died in the past season, so I don't have a lot of hope for humanity right now. Anyway, I love HRG, so I really don't want him to go. Clare will be so shaken by that. Besides, the death looks pretty nasty; shot in the eye. How gross is that? [/li][li] Niki has the virus. Okay, so I already knew about this, because I watched a trailer, or read about it a while back or something, but even so, this is slightly concerning. Obviously she's not definitely going to die, and considering Bob said that he requires something in return for giving her treatment, this most likely will occur, as they didn't reveal what he would 'require' and thus it is probably quite important. Therefore I really want to find out what it is. Poor Micah has to not be with either of his parents for a while, and DL is dead. Admittedly, I wasn't really sure what his fate would be, at the end of season 1, and I suppose they had to kill someone off, otherwise it would just be daft, and it couldn't be Parkman, because he's required to help locate the Boogeyman, so it kinda' had to be DL, but even so ... poor Niki and Micah. Did anyone catch what it said under his name and dates? The text was really unclear on the video I watched. [/li][li] Candice died. Sylar's such a bastard. I really don't get why so many people think he's cool. What really disappointed me is that the main image Candice used in season 1 isn't her real one. That was by far the best image she used, and I was really convinced that we were to discover more about that character. Mind you ... it's possible she's not dead, of course. The camera kept returning to her, which must have meant something, and we never actually saw her face; I reckon there's something going on there. Besides, Candice was smart. There's no way she would have let Sylar get so close to her without taking precautions; she knew the risks. His powers are being blocked somehow, and it's possible that she has something to do with that. Also, she said that she had to change her name and appearance after she dragged him away from Kirby Plaza, because the police were looking for her, but presumably they're in a tiny shack in the middle of a massive jungle; there's no way the police would search for her there. I reckon that when she changed the illusion of Maui into Sylar lying on a dodgy gurney in that shack, she was merely changing the illusion, not showing him the true image. In that case, she may only be showing an illusion of her dead on the floor. Kat and I had a conversation about her a few weeks back, and Kat reckoned that it was possible that Candice was dead, after Jessica threw her across the room, because she landed pretty badly, and - of course - Jessica is damn strong. However, if Candice survived that, then there must be some way in which she survived Sylar's attack. We didn't see her head cut open, or blood spilt over the floor like we usually do with his victims, and it really didn't look like he'd just eaten her brains. I'm not sure what happened there, to be honest, so I really hope we find out soon. [/li][li] Peter didn't open the box. Mind you, it's probably some major plot point thing that he didn't, so no doubt more will be revealed shortly.
There's other stuff, I just can't remember what. It really annoys me that some people are saying that nothing happened in the episode, other than Sylar returning and being angry. Clare and West kissed; is that not enough?!! Besides, what's so cool about Sylar returning? Oh, and I was just reading a caption summary of the episode on the NBC website, and apparently the car that Maya and Alejandro drove off in with that guy they escaped with, is Clare's car. And the guy is called Derek. I didn't notice that. Mind you, I've got the good old 'dodgy quality vid' excuse going for me. I don't think it was that Hiro couldn't travel back to his own time. It looked like he just chose not to, because he couldn't yet bring himself to leave the swordsmith's daughter. Also, it's interesting how Caitlin's tattoo changed into that of the 'Godsend' symbol. I'm definitely very very intrigued as to what that's all about.

As to your first point, car is a pretty easy to spot word. They know words of English apparently and so that's the one they needed to know, so they ran after him. Okay, the vid quality was awful and I apologise but we got to see the episode. I'd rather see it in high quality but if you want to see it as soon as you get home, Veoh is the way to go. Maya and Alejandro are rather dull right now, even if she can kill people by crying, for some reason it's just not that interesting. As always, I guess it'll be more interesting when they start meeting up with other characters. Maybe they'll randomly end up in Ireland ;D. I really, really want that to happen to someone. The Box...can't believe Peter went against his principles and did all that for them and didn't open it. Even if it might not be something he wants to know or would be happy with, the past has this annoying habit of coming back to get you so the sooner you get it over, the better.

I'm not complaining to you about the poor quality of the video. I was just saying general. Maya and Alejandro do meet another character pretty soon, possibly even in episode four. They appear to pick up Sylar, who lies to them about his identity. This certainly seems to suggest that he so is not in the middle of that jungle. What he's doing in Mexico, though, I've no idea, and as you rightly pointed out this morning, how the hell did Clare's car get to Mexico so quick?!

I felt I should apologise anyway. And umm, what the heck is he doing in Mexico? But Candice then... Why would someone drive Claire's car to Mexico anyway? He must be pretty useless if he got arrested that fast.
EDIT: I just watched it again on Veoh, this time a better quality vid and found the sticker that Claire had on her car.
