So, I recently started getting back into these. I was playing an interesting flash one and it really made me wanna play some of the old, retail ones of the olde days. Considering, I had only played the Monkey Island series, I thought it'd be good if I branched out.
So far, I've played through and completed Beneath a Steel Sky and Flight of the Amazon Queen and enjoyed both, especially the latter. I'm currently ... obtaining some more and should be giving Sam and Max Hit the Road a go next, which I cannot wait for.
Anyway, for those who don't know, this is a genre of game that pretty much died a decade ago. You still get the odd game like Zack and Wiki, but really, they have such a different feel to them.
I know Kat enjoys some of these games.

Ah, I lived off of these when I was younger. I'd play the same game through twice a day and still laugh at it. Sam and Max is a great game and usually comes packaged with Day of the Tentacle.
"You're looking hale and hearty little buddy." "I'm a coffee achiever Sam."
