Yeah, there is. Look in the second post in the rules: Clicky. I just read some more of The Eye of the World. Spoiler: Egwene and Perrin have just been captured by the Children of the Light and Perrin is gonna be executed for killing two of them! Good thing he survives. We seems to be in the next books from what you guys are saying.

Thanks, UM.
Spoiler: Yep, Perrin survives, as does Egwene. I'll just say this, UM: Perrin, Mat, and Rand have to survive, if the world is to be saved. Together, the three form a "tripod" (you'll see Myrrdraal referring to this in the prologue to Book 2) that, if one dies, the other two are doomed.

Ah, that's cool then. I kinda guessed that Rand, Mat and Perrin were connected in some way, it's those dreams that gave it away. I'm up to chapter 35 now, too. Glad Rand and Mat made it alright.

Ah, the dreams. I remember those, from Book 1. Hm. The one dream I remember best is the one where, when the group is staying at an inn (I don't remember which inn), and during Rand's dream, the man snaps the back of a rat. The next morning, Rand learns that all the rats in the inn have been found dead, all with snapped spines.

Oh yesh, that was quite strange. Hmm, the one I most remember is where Rand is running up loads of stairs and stuff from the man and at the top he got cut by briars and when he woke up, he felt the blood actually coming out of the wound. Again, it's quite strange. Now, in the book, I think i'm up to chapter 40 now. Rand just fell backwards off of a wall.

Ah, where he first meets Elayne and her brothers. How could I forget that?

Yup, I read that chapter last night. i'm just wondering if they're gonna be in it later. I've wondered about a few characters, especially Min. She seemed a bit too important for that to be the last of her in that chpater where the group were in Baerlon.

If only I could say why I find your comment funny, UM. I know you didn't say it to be funny, but...funny, I find it.

I just got to the snapped rat spines part last night. I think you're right though, UM. They had Min in the book so far for about a paragraph and a mention by name, however... so far they haven't openly identified her as being Min. Maybe I just have to read further. >_>

I'm planning to finish The Eye of the World while I'm gone, and since I've already got the second book, I can start that one also.

If only I could say why I find your comment funny, UM. I know you didn't say it to be funny, but...funny, I find it. Ha hah! Me too! Particularly because she helps Leane and Siaun escape to Salidar Oh God, the dreams that Perrin, Rand and Mat have really disturb me. The one where the rats have their backs broken ... that was so scary. The first time we meet Elayne! Yaayyy! I would say the same about Gawyn and Galad but the latter is a fool and Gawyn is not much better. If it weren't for the fact that he loves Egwene and she loves him back and that he is related to Elayne, I would not like him much. Oh but Morgase is wonderful^^. Oh my, yes, Whitecloaks are horribly horribly ... ugh, just so ... hypocritical! Seriously, they're practically as bad as Mat! And the Seanchan are no better, either. Yayyy, this is the happiest conversation I've ever had. Seriously. I just hugged my keyboard.

If only I could say what happens to Galad in the Prologue of Book 11.
If only I could say what the Whitecloaks will do in Tarmon Gai'don....

Shnoph, is there a female character you don't like? XDDD I'm just curious, since you've so far seemed to like all of them, and dislike all the male counterparts, except possibly, Lan. (Not trying to be offensive, just curious, really.)
Grar... I so need to finish this book. >_< *Reading*

Hmmm ... *thinks hard* I'll draw up some lists for you: Five favourite female characters- Nynaeve - Elayne - Siaun - Egwene - Moiraine/Morgase/Leane (I can't decide) Five favourite male characters:- Lan - Gareth - Perrin - N/A - N/A Female characters that I don't like:- Min - Elaida - Romanda - Alviarin (is that spelt right?) Does that clear a few things up for you?
