To be honest, I'm not sure whether to agree with this or not. Sure, killing him means he won't be around anymore and thus there will not be a chance of him being rescued. However, to many, his death will make him a martyr. He doesn't deserve to have his life ended so swiftly. He should suffer, just as he made millions of people suffer. Killing him is just as bad as all the things he has done and really does not set a very good example to other potential nutters.

Like I said on ToG. Better to be a martyr in death, than to possibly have him be taken from jail, and put into command of those potential nutters in life.
