Well, I was bored, so I made this. Tell me what you think, please.

Background:I really like the background. The brushing looks great and I love the colouring. I take it those pillar-like things on the left aren't brushes though, are they stocks? Well anyway, since it's part of the background, it looks like they've been blended really well and it looks really good. The colouring has been done really well too. Looks like it's been given an ancient style to it. Stock:I reckon this could be done a little better. The stock seems to have been blended into the background a little too much, making it seem more like part of the background. Basically, it doesn't really stand out enough. Text:The font choice and effects used are good, but I'd make the text stand out a bit more, maybe make it a bit brighter since it's a bit hard to read. Other Comments:Looks like a really awesome image, but with a few tweaks then it can become even better.

Heh, the supah blending and dark text is to show that he really is in the shadows . Yeh, all the strange pillary stuff and the crystal suspended in the middle are part of a piece of artwork for FFIII and I combined those with artwork of one of the characters, who I cut out and made the splash. Thanks for the suggestions, though ^^.

Ohhh, I get it now. I have an idea to make it a bit more obvious then. Using a brush from the set you used, set it to black and brush more around the right side where the stock is then set the layer to overlay or something. That way it looks like it's darker there. Maybe make it lighter in the other places too.

Hmm ... *re-opens file*. No, I tried that and it doesn't work very well. I think I shall leave it for now. Thanks for the idea, though.
