HEy doodles, This is a tut i made ages ago, I dont have the time to make it all into one image, So im doing it the old fasioned way. [FIRST] Open a new document with these settings. [SECOND] Now goto Filter>Noise>add Noise and put these settings. Next goto Filter>pixelate>mosaic And use these settings. (these are the only settings so far that work.) Then goto Filter>Stylize>Find edges. Press Ctrl + I to invert colours This is what Your Background should look like now. [FINISHED] Right, There are plenty of things you can add to this, But i may do that in a different Tut. This is what i Came up with.

yesums very good, The only thing is, if you start with transparent, for example if you use it on a new layer, you have to add a background colour, but i suppose thats why you put Background only. Awsome tut though, I'm using it for my new siggeh lol.
