Pixel Art ... Art, with pixels. I really enjoy what I can do of it ... which is very limited. Stuff like folders, smilies and the like. Just simple forum icons. I really want to be able to do awesome sprites and large pixel art, but it's really tough. I can do a bit of isometric pixel art, but what I can do is very limited. If anyone has some tutorials or artists they'd like to share with us, too, that'd be cool.

I can probably find you some good ones. I know a bunch of people who are in to pixel art, and I'm thinking about trying some myself. (I <3 Some of the sprites in games like FF: TA.)

I like pixel art, yet at the same time, I don't. I don't like how it can be entirely too frustrating.. I'm not really a person that can envision what a tiny little pixel image is going to look like once it's finished.. that's what makes it difficult for me. I did learn a bit about pixel art from re-designing my forum for version two, since I remade EVERY graphic, including pixel art in some of the buttons. But I think that's as far as I'll go concerning that. Smilies are fun to make, but I have a problem again with seeing what it'll look like once it's in the actual size. I want to learn how to do animated smilies.. I could probably figure it out, but it'd be hard anticipating what each layer should do. -shrugs-
