I bought a new guitar a couple weeks ago (I didn't seriously start playing it until last night, though ). I bought it on eBay for $150, so a natural assumption is an entry-level guitar and not much else. Here's a quick list of everything that I REMEMBER it came with (there may be more if I miss anything ): -1 Gibson Les Paul Electric Guitar -1 Amp (with a cord, obviously) -3 Black Guitar Picks -6 extra strings (one replacement for each string ) -1 Educational DVD (for care, maintenance, and the basics...I didn't really need it Besides, I've NEVER learned anything from an educational DVD ) -1 Electric/Bass Guitar Tuner -1 (VERY) emo strap And because the strap was so ugly I ordered another one ("Voodoo" from Planet Wave. It's black with red designs) which came with one guitar pick (my new favorite because of its color; Schoolbus Yellow ) Here's the songs I've learned to play, in order (the last being the first I tried to play, but I learned the others while trying to learn it): -Taps -Mary Had a Little Lamb -Whatever the birthday song is called -Rolling Stones - Paint It, Black Yeah, needless to say, due to the fact that I've learned to play all those in two days, my fingers [insert profanity]ing HURT, so I won't type too much more Actually...that's ALL I'm typing

Darn you and you musical types. I really want to learn an instrument, but whenever I try, I can never seem to pick it up. >_<

I want a Gibson Les Paul. D:
They're pretty Guitars.
Then again, I'm not a Guitar person. However, that's pretty cool. I hope you actually keep up with it, unlike most people in the world. >.<;

Wow, you could turn the banjo into a neatly disguised shotgun! (Check out no.3 on this list.) Hmm, weapons disguised as musical instruments also makes me think of The Living Daylights, which has to be one of my favourite Bond films. What other film dared to have the two main characters sleighing down a mountain on a cello case?
