I just realised something annoying. And yes, I am slow to mention this. Peter didn't bloody get his memories back. Sure, this might make the story more interesting, but I don't really like him with his memories away ... >.> You just realised this? Where've you been all week? Obviously it's important to the plot, though, that he didn't open the box, so we can only hope that something very interesting will happen to him soon. What I'm looking forward to about tonight's episode is that Angela is allegedly going to be telling Nathan a bit about the heroes of old.

I want to know what more of them can do, this seems to be the only thing of interest to me right now. And seeing more of The Haitian so I can be more squee on Saturday. I'm sure I'll be more curious about other things after I've seen it but right now, I just want to know and I'm wondering what Peter might have picked up from Angela (she is supposed to have abilities right?) and some of the others. Anything to make his life more weird before he opens the box, which he should have done already damn him. If he's not going to do it, I want him to be as confused as possible before he does.

The Haitian took Peter's memories. Yet for some reason, Peter's wearing the Haitian's necklace. There's an upcoming episode called Four Months Ago that will fill in more of the backstory between seasons one and two. Okay, time to copy and paste what I posted about in my blog: Man, Sylar is still evil, even without his powers! As soon as he climbed into the car, I knew where that was heading. "Maya and Alejandro's days are numbered, as soon as Sylar figures things out," I commented. Sylar is an awesomely evil character. West and Claire. Why can't there be someone else at The Company who's known for wearing horn-rimmed glasses? Why not?! Oh, well. The excuse about the library, that was a similar excuse that Claire used in season one, about the research project about either dolphins or manatees, I can't recall which. Man, there is so much tension in the Bennet household. Tension and hidden agendas between Claire and Noah. When Noah was tailing Claire, I couldn't help but think, "I wish Noah had a TARDIS key, just for the Perception Field it generates." Well, we finally saw the full picture, of the originals. I had heard rumors that Bob was in the picture. Now that we know who Molly's boogeyman is, a theory of mine has been disproved. I was thinking Molly's boogeyman was Kensei. Turns out, it's Matt's father. He's hiding out in Philly. But the ending, there. What the bleep? What the bleep? What? Who's bleeping censoring my bleeping frustration. Fu--bleep--n. Hah! Caught you! I said fun! Yeah, the ending. Molly going unconscious, screaming in her mind for Matt to help her, then fade to "To Be Continued". NOOOOO!! AUUUUUGGGGHHHH! No scenes with Peter in this episode. But the Haitian and Noah are off on a trip, for another of the eight paintings. This should be interesting. For that matter, no scenes with Hiro. :-( Now time to go to YouTube to see the preview of next week's episode. Here is the preview. Man, great episode, it looks like. "Nothing is what it seems", huh? Oh, and Micah's cousin. Her power, with copying things she sees on TV. That's an unexpected power. But back to Micah, do we even fully understand his power? I thought it was simply fixing machinery, or computers. "I'm sorry I can't fix your dreams". What is Micah's power? To what extent can he fix things? Ah, random addition, but what does Brian Clevinger, the guy behind 8-Bit Theatre, think of Claire and West? "West is the most insufferable character on television and they have no excuse to make Claire behave as she has after Bennetman proved to her in a very real and concrete way what he would do for her last season. She knows that daddy did some weird things and told a lot of lies in the past, but she also knows it was all in her interests. So it makes no sense that she would freak out when she learns (again) that her daddy did some weird things and told a lot of lies in the past. ARGH. This is just poor writing. It's doubly annoying when they showed they were able to organically develop a positive relationship with Claire's friend Zach last season."

No Peter and no Hiro annoyed me this week, they're two of my favourites so them not being there was just...grr. Also, I have several problems with what that person has written. She does have every right to be angry because just joining The Company in the first place was a bad thing to do and some stuff took place before Claire was even in his life. Quite frankly I'd be annoyed if I found out one of my relatives was randomly experimenting on people for no particular reason. Plus she it wasn't that she found out again but that it went beyond just grabbing people who showed up at her house but also her new love interest. Sorry but this guy seems to be talking a load of rubbish. Although I was thinking last night that both Noah and West are going to be pretty pissed off when the truth comes out. While she may be able to tell herself that she's protecting both of them, really she's being rather selfish.

West and HRG meet in episode 7, Out Of Time. That person who made those silly comments is an idiot. What Kat said is right, and besides, West is lovely, so I couldn't really care less about Zach. Besides, his memory was gonnered, so it would have been too much effort to try and become friends with Zach again when Claire didn't even need to.

Whoot! I always love it when characters meet in any series, it just amuses me for some reason. In all fairness, I can understand why some might think he's a bit annoying but he is still a good character (and lovely). Did Zach have his memory gonnered again?

Zach had his memory wiped after Claire destroyed all the tapes of her jumping around places, and I believe that was the only time. Regardless, though, shortly after that, she got some answers, and discovered that she and Zach weren't the only ones who knew she had the powers, let alone that she wasn't the only person with powers, and thus she didn't really need to work at renewing her friendship with Zach. Besides, I get the impression that they'd been hanging out for a while, and there's no way she could have done that again in just a matter of a few days, and seeing as his memory had reverted back to 'we used to go to primary school together, but other than that, I figure you're too popular to give a shit about me', I don't suppose he was particularly inclined to engage in conversation again with her. He hung out with her again, I know, to film her falling off the abandoned mining equipment, or whatever it was, but that was just the once, and I get the feeling their friendship didn't really develop much after that.
Anyway, news on upcoming episodes: - Micah tells Monica a little about how powers seem to run in their family. - In the words of Kristen Bell, "she [Elle] uses and abuses it [her power]" and "was kind of involved with Peter's memory loss/death/disappearance". - Monica's ability has been further explained by Dana Davis, the girl who plays her: it's a bit like Peter's, in that she can imitate any physical ability that she sees (in episode five, we see her suddenly playing the piano after watching Micah do the same).
Also, having read Greg Beeman's blog, I've discovered that Candice is really dead, which very much upsets me. This is the reason behind it: Of course, the original plan was for Missy Peregrym to reprise her role as Candice. Unfortunately for us, Missy has landed a new job as a series regular on the CW’s REAPER. And REAPER shoots in Vancouver (where Missy is originally from, and I’m very happy for her because I’m sure she’s glad to be back in her hometown.) The writers’ original plan was for Candice and Sylar to have a several episode adventure together - but with Missy’s lack of availability we decided to tie it off in just one. We really tried to work out a way to have Missy do this episode. First we squeezed the story down to where we felt it could be shot in one day. Then we began working with the REAPER production team trying to find a day she could be made available. Missy was great, she was willing to come back at any time – even a weekend to do the episode. But in the end there were reshoots on the new show and they pulled her dates up. (And truthfully our work was never realistically going to be done in one day.) So we reconceived.
Luckily, Candice’s character is one of the easier one’s to recast. JJ explained it all with the dialogue “I used to go by Candice. But ever since I dragged you off of Kirby Plaza, police are kind of looking for my old self. So, I went for a new look. What do you think? Too generic?” Once we could wrap our heads around that idea - the rest fell into place.

Yeah, I saw the preview for the next ep already but didn't know that Kristen Bell's character was involved in that. Hate her now and she hasn't even been in any of the episodes. Monica's ability is great though and she's such a nice character. It was really funny when she kicked that robber too. I don't really have much to comment on on the Claire and Zach front but he was a little too geeky for me. Hiro is funny geeky but Zach was someone who would seriously use internet speak in arguements.

Zach wasn't that interesting, and - yes - too geeky. I like the sound of Elle, so I'm hoping that she'll be a cool character. She sounds like the sort of character that I would like; somewhat ambiguous, potentially bad, but totally comfortable with herself. I really like Monica too. She's sweet, and hardworking, and Dana plays her well.

Yeah, Elle sounds pretty cool and I would like her IF she weren't responsible for what happened with Peter. I've always been a Peter fan (except when his hair went really bad) so Elle doing that is annoying. I will like her if it was done as some way of protecting Peter and not organised by the company for some sick experiment but she's already in my bad books. Actually, I quite want to see what will happen with Monica. She can copy physical attributes so I want to see what she can actually do and what will happen because of that. And the other cousin, it would be interesting if he developed powers because I get the feeling he's the sort of person who would show it off, which would certainly be different from how the other characters have acted.

Elle sounds like the sort of person to flaunt their power too xD. I'm really growing attached to this lass already. Can't wait for monday's episode ^_^.

The actor for The Haitian and Eden. Ah, it made me squee. Me and Ru were so tempted to buy a copy of Hiro's sword though but we're not 18.

You have to be 18? That sucks. Oooh, eee, aaah, oh, Eden! That is cool. And the Haitian. That is one of those characters that is so recognisable that it just pwns everyone's' asses for about a week when you say that you've seen them. Maybe.
