Ooh, just saw the end of the most recent episode. Missed most of it, unfortunately, but the next episode certainly looks interesting. Anyone else like Doctor Who, here?

Yessss, I do!
Caaaaaaaaptaaaain Jaaaaack! I saw it, I saw it, I saw it!! yay yay yay. he flirted with everybody! And the Master is here. And he's played by John Simm from Life on Mars and Clocking Off. Wow, suddenly so many good actors. God, the next episode could not take any longer.

Has anyone seen the film of Doctor Who? It's so bad it's funny. There are so many parts that are badly done.

Nah, I'm not gonna bother ^^. I'm not keen on any of the old stuff, to be honest.

It's worth watching for a laugh. The Master is in it but he's really bad and the mest line is "My name is not Honey."

What, the '96 Paul McGann movie?
<begin rant>
I wish Paul McGann had had more of a chance to play the Doctor. Based on that, it seemed he had the potential to be one of the better Doctors. Thank goodness Big Finish is letting him play the Doctor on a good number of audio productions. If you ever get the chance to listen to those, definitely do. I recommend starting with Time of the Daleks. Absolutely amazing.

He seemed good but as the Doctor, he had no dress sense and spent most of his time on a motorcycle.

BBC has just confirmed that Peter Davison will reprise his role as the Fifth Doctor in a Children in Need Doctor Who special this year. In the scene titled "Time Crash", the Tenth Doctor will meet up with the Fifth Doctor.
Should be great fun to see that.

The photo that you posted of both the fifth and tenth doctors together, on your blog was pretty cool. I dunno' what it is about David Tennant in suits, but he is so hot in that blue one. I think the colour's just really sexy.

Series Four starts this Saturday!!! I cannot wait!
It'll be interesting to see Catherine Tate back on the show. Not too sure how I feel about that, but I'm sure I'll get used to it....
Oh, by the way, the current issue of Radio Times had a list of all the episode titles for this season. Well, all except for episode 12. Here's the list of titles:
# 1. Partners in Crime
# 2. The Fires of Pompell
# 3. Planet of the Ood
# 4. The Sontaran Stratagem
# 5. The Poison Sky
# 6. The Doctor's Daughter
# 7. The Unicorn & The Wasp
# 8. Silence in the Library
# 9. River's Run
# 10. Midnight
# 11. Turn Left
# 12. TBA
# 13. Journey's End
About that missing title, Davies said that it contained three words, and none of them begin with "D".
Episodes 4/5 and 7/8 are two parters, as are 12/13 (though I've a feeling episode 11 will end up being the first of a three-part finale).

I'm really excited, also! Can't wait for the lovely Rose to return, and I'm fond of Martha too. I liked seeing her in Torchwood, though admittedly I need to catch up on that. As for Donna; I figure I'm the only one on here who actually likes her. She's rude, which I like, so I dig her character's humour. Anyways, just one more day, now!

I have to say, I'm dreading this season already. I watched most of the episode today and the highlight was the end credits. Well no, that's a lie, seeing Rose in it was the highlight. But seriously, when that's the only thing keeping me interested in the series now, I'm tempted just to give up.
I really do not like Catherine Tate. I cannot emphasise this enough, she was not funny when she had her own show, putting her in Doctor Who is beyond a joke, it's a travesty. Her character is the sort that I want to punch every five minutes and the first time we saw her, it was like watching The Catherine Tate Show anyway.

@_@ Don't Bring Me Down, as the ELO would say, young Kathryn. I just watched the episode and actually thought it was fairly enjoyable. I think this was the first time I actually thought the aliens was cute ... well, no, the aliens themselves aren't cute, but the noises they made were. Rose was mopier than Richard, but I was so happy to see her ^_^. I wanna know what technology she's got her hands on that's enablin' her to do that fading to the alternate universe lark she seems to have got herself into.

I wanna know what technology she's got her hands on that's enablin' her to do that fading to the alternate universe lark she seems to have got herself into. Probably similar tech to what the Doctor used in the TARDIS at the end of Doomsday. But yeah, I was not expecting to see Rose turn up at the end of the episode, so that was a very nice surprise. We probably won't hear anything more about that until the end of the series, though. It seems the most important bit of dialogue, though, in terms of story arcs, was Donna's bit about the bees disappearing. Apparently, that will be important later on. The Adipose were cute! I want an Adipose doll! Hm. I was a bit doubtful as to how Catherine Tate would fare on the show. I'll give her another episode or two before settling on a decision, but I am quite liking her character. And Bernard Cribbins is awesome, by the way.
